Two of our projects shortlisted for Drapers Digital Award 2017
We are delighted to announce that two of our projects have been shortlisted in the Best Use of Innovation category at the Drapers Digital Festival awards 2017.
This year, Drapers Digital Festival merges the Drapers Digital Forum & Drapers Digital Awards and we are incredibly excited that both ‘Scarfi’ and Martine Jarlgaard’s ‘Mixed Reality Fashion show’ have been shortlisted.
Scarfi – Emma J Shipley & Meshmerise
Scarfi is a fashion app that allows users to virtually try on Emma J Shipley’s stunning scarves from her AW16 collection (including an exclusive design from her SS17 collection), before they buy. The app created by Meshmerise in collaboration with Emma J Shipley and the FIA which uses virtual reality to bring Emma’s designs to life through animation. Read more here.
Martine Jarlgaard London X DoubleMe
Fashion Innovation Agency worked with Martine Jarlgaard London and technology company DoubleMe to deliver a ground-breaking mixed reality fashion show allowing the audience to experience Martine’s SS17 collection through a headset. The technology displayed the collection superimposed into the presentation space, appearing solid, real and lifelike allowing you to see and move around the models naturally. This new way of experiencing a collection makes an exciting change from the usual catwalk show etiquette inviting the audience to explore the collection from all angles. Read more here.
